The Velocys Manufacturing Group has developed advanced manufacturing processes to produce commercial-scale microchannel reactors. Tom Hickey leads this group with the help of David Kuhlmann, who is charged with spearheading the development of specialized manufacturing processes. The scientists, engineers and technicians in the Manufacturing Group are focused on developing and implementing fabrication methods required to produce functional microchannel reactors, including stamping fine features, photochemical machining, diffusion bonding, and others.
